The Brief

To design and provide a reward programme that would work as a true team incentive for an IT sales force. The programme had to be exciting, innovative and something that would be out of the normal reach of those participating.

The Delivery

Wanting to take the group to somewhere off their normal horizons was important as was wow factor and the perception that the programme really was different from anything else the company had undertaken in past years.

The winning solution was Argentina. A 5 day two centre programme.

Flying into Buenos Aires, the group had 2 days to explore, including the famous areas of La Boca, Recoleta, St Telmo, the Tigre Delta and the mausoleum of Eva Peron - Evita. Staying in one of the city's best hotels and eating in the best restaurants was the perfect way to create the best start to this amazing trip. The two days culminated in a 2 hour tango lesson for the group before dining at the famous Opera Pampa and a display of Argentinian horsemanship.

The group then travelled by plane south to Patagonia for the experience of a lifetime. A visit to the Los Glaciares National Park which boasts 13 glaciers and the Perito Moreno glacier. This stunning park is globally famous and is one of the most important environmental centres of South America.

Two nights in the park with the opportunity to hike up onto the glacier fields, ended with the flight back to BA and onto London.

An awe inspiring event combining the adrenaline rush of one of the world's most alive cities with the beauty and peace of one of the world's greatest wildernesses.
